[PHU THO - March 2017] IRC&NGK CUSTOMER TECHNICAL WORKSHOP
2016 marked the continuous growth of Vietnam's motorcycle market with the number of vehicles sold increasing by 9.5%, reaching more than 3.1 million units. Along with the development of the motorcycle market is the diversification of services and the strong development of accompanying components. In particular, it can be mentioned the great strides of Vietnam's leading motorcycle tire company IRC and the famous spark plug company NGK.
In 2016, INOUE Rubber Vietnam Co., Ltd. (IRC Vietnam) and NGK Vietnam spark plug company have continuously organized a series of car care events as well as technical seminars to thank customers across provinces and cities across the country.
Following these successes, on February 24, 2017, IRC Vietnam motorcycle tire company co-ordinated with NGK Vietnam spark plug company from Japan to thank northern customers through technical workshops - customer gratitude exclusively for motorcycle parts shop owners, distributors and motorcycle repairmen in Phu Tho province.

IRC is one of the leading brands in the tire industry for motorcycles, not only in Vietnam but also around the world. In 2016, IRC participated in the "Free Motorcycle Care Day", organized customer appreciation events and many other outstanding activities as part of a series of campaigns to celebrate the 90th anniversary of IRC brand in the world and 20 years in Vietnam.
NGK is a Japanese spark plug brand ranked at the top of the world, reflected in its 80-year history of continuous innovation. In Vietnam, NGK spark plugs account for 70% of the market share, up to 07 out of every 10 motorcycles on the road use NGK spark plugs. The NGK spark plug brand is famous for its quality, durability and high ignition.
With the participation of more than 200 attendees, the technical workshop organized by NGK spark plug brand and IRC Vietnam in Phu Tho brought a lot of new and useful knowledge and created opportunities for people in the profession to share experiences with each other.
According to spark plug firm NGK, this event is the kick-off of a series of technical workshops, taking place in 12 provinces from February 2017 to April 2018, with an expected 1,500 participants across the country. IRC tire company is also committed to providing customers and technicians with more useful events and activities, to create a close connection with customers.
Coming to the technical workshop organized by IRC motorcycle tires and NGK spark plugs Vietnam, the guests were updated with the latest information about the products of IRC tires as well as NGK spark plugs in Vietnam. The technicians of the two companies have fully answered questions, as well as listened to the feedback and feedback of customers to improve the product better and bring new products in accordance with market needs.

On July 03, select member from Niterra’s Asian organizations visited the Niterra Place at the Osaka-Kansai Expo’s “Future Society Showcase” pavilion. Mini Car Racing 2025 has officially come to a close, leaving a strong impression not only for its excitement and creativity, but also as a testament to the efforts in promoting new technology training and connecting modern engineering with real-life applications.
The highlight of the event was the open Q&A session, where students had the opportunity to directly express their concerns, aspirations, and engage in practical discussions with the speaker about career paths, dreams, and future orientations.
Recently, on November 13, 2022, NGK Spark Plugs Vietnam chose Viet Tiep Motor, 337 To Hien Thanh, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City as the place to implement this activity. Supporting Viet Tiep store is NGK's staff.
