INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS REGISTRATION ISSUES _ ANTI-COUNTERFEITING
On 17th April, 2021; in the program Cafe with Saigon Businessman for Saigon Entrepreneur Newspaper, in collaboration with The People's Voice of Ho Chi Minh City (VOH), Mr. Tran Thanh Kha, Director of NGK Vietnam Spark Plug Company, had new and honest sharing about the current situation of intellectual property rights registration_Anti-counterfeiting.

As a large enterprise with a certain reputation and position in the world, the issue of copyright registration is always paid special attention by NGK Group. Particularly for NGK Vietnam spark plugs, the company always resolutely handles the issues of copyright theft, establishing fake businesses, trading in counterfeit goods, goods of unknown origin,... harming the interests of consumers and lowering the reputation of businesses.
Since 2015, NGK spark plugs have cooperated with the authorities to take strong measures to investigate and detect and expose organizations that trade in counterfeit goods across borders and throughout the territory of Vietnam. As a result, through a number of surveys, NGK spark plugs have reported that the number of counterfeit and counterfeit goods has decreased significantly from 20% to 10%. This figure shows a positive sign for the Company's relentless efforts in the fight against unfair competition.
