OVERVIEW OF THE 4TH MINICAR RACING COMPETITION IN 2019

At 7:00 a.m on Saturday; 25th May, 2019 at Cao Thang Technical College, the final round of the 4th Minicar Racing Competition 2019 began. The entire competition was recorded through many angles by drones and professional filming equipment from the press, sponsors and schools.

The final round featured 27 teams with the best records. The teams will compete directly against each other to find the winner of season 4.

Mini Car Racing is a model car designed by students to build at least 50%, using a gasoline engine with a capacity of 22 – 33cm3, the maximum size (length x width x height) is 80x50x50 cm, the structure and principle of operation are the same as the actual car. The product must be technically safe, without sharp corners causing danger. The race car on the desert is tailor-made, the total length of the track is 76m. This year, the Organizing Committee improved the track in terms of design, steel fabrication materials, solid structure, and increased obstacles, increasing challenges compared to previous seasons.

Aesthetically, many teams create very diverse forms of vehicles. There are cars that can spray blue, red, and yellow smoke. There are cars decorated with sponsor logos, there are cars with "emoji animals" - a toy that is quite feverish today - to increase the liveliness, funny. Best of all, inside all vehicles are equipped with NGK spark plugs with resistance to reduce interference and support smooth operation.

The atmosphere of the competition was extremely tense and intense with the high concentration of the teams. Many cars have excellently overcome all obstacles and reached the finish line completely. Besides, many war cars are quite "bloody" but due to incorrect control, they are crashed into dangerous corners.

This year, the Minicar Racing champion once again belongs to the Auto Best team. This is the third time in a row that the team has won with "senior" experience. In addition, a side prize, the Samsung Galaxy phone, was also awarded to another team that skillfully snatched the red ball hanging from the overpass wall. This year's Media Awards sponsored by NGK spark plugs went to the Auto Win team with an overwhelming total vote on the NGK and Auto Cao Thang fanpages.
