Gala Dinner - the spectacular makeover of the "extreme" staff

Teambuilding is exciting, but that night, the members who appeared at the Gala Dinner had a completely different "spirit". They appear to be young men and women in splendid outfits or personalities.

Turning the tide, the Gala Dinner was a spectacular turnaround for the Golden Civet team. Although the two teams were equally talented, due to a lack of luck, Red One had to concede the overall victory to the Golden Civet team.

Contributing to the program, representatives of the Company's Board of Directors also contributed some unique performances such as Mr. Suzuki Toshio's magical magic and the romantic song presented by Mr. Tran Thanh Kha – Director of the Company.

After the dinner party, representatives of the Company also spent more time to light memorial incense at Hang Duong Cemetery, visit the grave of Martyr Vo Thi Sau – the soul of the island and a symbol of the heroic land.

In addition to entertainment activities, the Board of Directors of NGK Spark Plugs Vietnam also reminds employees to contribute to the protection of the marine environment. The group's journey early the next morning was to gather at a beach full of dirty garbage to carry out cleaning.

Although there is a lot of garbage, thanks to the consensus and enthusiasm of everyone (including the Board of Directors and guides), the beach has become much cleaner. Everyone is dirty and tired, but looking back on the results, it's fun to do this.

After cleaning up the garbage, the group returned to check out. During the time traveling on the bus, people take advantage of admiring more majestic landscapes such as Hon Bay Canh, Hon Ba ... listen to a presentation on the historic Pier 914,Dinh Chua Dao,...

At lunch, everyone enjoyed the fresh taste of seafood: prawns, breast snails, eels.... in its own unique way of processing in the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. Next, the car stops at the largest department store on the island for members to buy specialties to give to relatives and friends.

Before heading to the airport, the group stopped at Pan Khuc coffee – a small shop with a romantic, gentle and classic style. The space is quite old, items such as books, antiques are meticulously decorated.  Besides fancy drinks with beautiful names, the owner is a multi-talented artist. Sitting sipping cool water, listening to the melodious flute, it seems that time seems to stop here...

Company trip 2019 of NGK spark plugs not only helps employees re-energize after stressful working times, but also is an opportunity for everyone to interact, connect emotionally with colleagues, close the distance between leaders and employees, and also show responsibility to the locality through small actions such as collecting garbage along the beach.
