In order to relieve pressure on employees after tiring working hours, the Board of Directors of NGK Spark Plugs Vietnam Co., Ltd. decided to organize a Company Trip in July 2019 for all employees. This is an annual program of the Company, combining many sightseeing, resort, teambuilding and community work activities.
The time is short but just enough for the members to have fun and complete the assigned "tasks". Many beautiful moments have also been captured.
Trip to the island of "paradise"
The chosen location this year is Con Dao, a large island in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province - one of the 21 national tourist resorts of Vietnam. No longer labeled "hell on earth" with the pre-war prison system, Con Dao is now famous for its pristine beautiful beaches, fresh air like paradise, a great destination for those who want to avoid the noise and bustle in the city.
As soon as they took a flight to Co Ong airport, the group immediately took a souvenir photo.

On the fragrant bus smelling of lemongrass essential oil, the group is led by a funny guide juggling jokes. After the local breakfast, the members continued to visit spiritual sites such as Van Son Pagoda, Phi Phi Yen Temple (An Son Temple). The group also had the opportunity to try the water, é water and quietly watch the peaceful beauty of An Hai Lotus Lake on the way.

Let's make more group photos on the way back to the hotel!

A peaceful moment by An Hai Lotus Lake.
The resort for NGK Spark Plug staff is an ideal stopover: blue sea, white sand, coconut groves and shaded eagle trees. Everyone went to the beach to relax, take pictures, chat and then go back to lunch, check in to prepare for the next activities.

Teambuilding – a fierce and exciting competition
Teambuilding is an indispensable activity in Company Trip programs, aiming to promote collective strength and increase solidarity among internal members.
In the afternoon, people gathered at Dam Trau Beach. Under the guidance of the guide, the group was divided into two teams: Red One and Cay Vang. Every team has a burning spirit and a high determination to win. After dividing the faction, the two sides immediately made a flag to mark their own territory.

The Red One team was glowing red.

Cay Vang team is no less competitive in terms of play.

The Captain of the Red One team and the Cay Vang raised the challenge flag.
Outdoor relay games both require the intelligence and agility of each individual, and there must be good coordination and synchronization between teammates.

The relay games unite the teamwork of NGK Spark Plug members.
Through inconclusive collective games (the Red One team temporarily held the lead), the two teams temporarily returned to the hotel to change their outfits, continuing to compete in the evening Gala Dinner program.
(To be continued...)
