TEAMBUILDING PHU QUOC - EXTREMELY "MUDDY" PERFORMANCE OF MEMBERS OF SPARK PLUG NGK VIETNAM
In July 2022, the Board of Directors of NGK Spark Plugs Company (Vietnam) has just organized a tour and resort for all employees in Phu Quoc pearl island. Within the framework of the program, teambuilding is an outstanding activity, aiming to help you practice physical strength, mental strength and increase the spirit of collective cohesion.
According to the company's representatives, in 2022, NGK Vietnam offers the motto BCC: Break - Change - Create, expecting all people in the organization to develop their full potential, break all limits to change, change to create new values.

The theme throughout the program is the message and mission of NGK Company in 2022: Break - Change - Create.
The teambuilding program takes place in the afternoon of 22/07/2022 on the beautiful beach of the group's resort. To increase awareness, all members of the delegation wear uniforms including hats, T-shirts, and prominent honeycomb sandals.
The organizers have prepared many games that combine wisdom and mobility challenges, while promoting teamwork, teamwork: finding secret letters, deciphering treasures. By subtly integrating hidden company slogans into each game, the organizers imply that they want you to discover the meaning of the message that the company's leaders announced in the early fiscal year meetings.
The beautiful and favorable weather makes the show atmosphere more jubilant and vibrant than ever. The whole team is divided into three small teams to compete, each team has its own mark and characteristics. Not only rolling with great determination to win, each member is also not afraid to bad their appearance (including the Board of Directors) when participating in face challenges.

At the end of the program, the Baby Shark team won convincingly against extremely strong opponents. The teams were also very muddy, "squirming" and jubilant after the MC announced the final results. Win or lose, people have had memorable moments and unforgettable special experiences.

On July 03, select member from Niterra’s Asian organizations visited the Niterra Place at the Osaka-Kansai Expo’s “Future Society Showcase” pavilion. Among them was Mr. Tran Thanh Kha, General Manager of Niterra Vietnam, who passionately spoke about his self-published book, “KEN – Will Tomorrow Be Life of Death?” (Interviewer: Corporate Communications Department).
As part of the event, Niterra Vietnam, in collaboration with distributor Quoc Trung, participated as a sponsor and brought practical gifts for the students.

On May 30, 2025, in Vinh City, Nghe An Province, Niterra Vietnam successfully organized the Technical Seminar & Customer Appreciation Event in collaboration with Mitsuboshi Belt and distributor Quoc Trung. The event gathered nearly 200 guests, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.
Mini Car Racing 2025 has officially come to a close, leaving a strong impression not only for its excitement and creativity, but also as a testament to the efforts in promoting new technology training and connecting modern engineering with real-life applications.
The highlight of the event was the open Q&A session, where students had the opportunity to directly express their concerns, aspirations, and engage in practical discussions with the speaker about career paths, dreams, and future orientations.
Recently, on November 13, 2022, NGK Spark Plugs Vietnam chose Viet Tiep Motor, 337 To Hien Thanh, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City as the place to implement this activity. For the first time, two leading Japanese motorcycle parts manufacturers, NGK Spark Plugs and IRC Tires, jointly held a Technical Workshop and Customer Gratitude event in Kien Giang province. The event took place on November 4, 2022 at a large hotel located in the center of Rach Gia City.
