27/07/2022

The program "Training on distinguishing real and fake goods of NGK spark plugs" took place at the hall of the Market Management Department (QLTT) of Lam Dong province on the afternoon of 16th July, 2022.

Participating in the training session of NGK Vietnam spark plugs were members of the Board of Directors of the Provincial Administration of Management and representatives of Vina CHG (the legal support representative for NGK Vietnam in the prevention of counterfeit and counterfeit goods) such as: Mr. Kieu Xuan Viet – Director General of Lam Dong Market Management Department,  Ms. Chế Thi Kim Cuong – Deputy Director General of Lam Dong Department of Management, Mr. Pham Van Cuong – Deputy Director of Lam Dong Department of Management and Provincial Market Manager, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hong – General Director of Vina CHG.

An official of the National Management Department received a gift from NGK after the challenge of distinguishing real and fake spark plugs.

Speaking at the training session, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hong affirmed that Vina CHG will always stand side by side with NGK in the prevention of counterfeit goods as it has been doing for many years, by applying more and more advanced technologies: digital technology to track goods circulating on the market through Vinacheck software system (developed by Vina CHG), anti-counterfeiting technology applies product traceability by QR Code, SMS authentication technology ... and other anti-counterfeiting technologies by Vina CHG (5S, 6.0 ...).

Mr.Nguyen Viet Hong - General Director of Vina CHG - announced his solidarity with NGK in the prevention of counterfeit goods in Vietnam.

Vina CHG has greatly supported NGK Vietnam in coordinating with provincial and municipal authorities to investigate and handle violations of intellectual property rights of NGK trademark in the market. As a result, many lines circulating counterfeit and goods of unknown origin are detected and sanctioned in time. The prevention of cases of trafficking in counterfeit products is also a reminder, a deterrent, and a warning to business people to consciously obey the law and maintain professional ethics, thereby maintaining more sustainable business practices.

The prevention of counterfeit goods is carried out resolutely and persistently by NGK, in order to protect the brand reputation and the safety of consumers' lives and property. In the company's plan, in the coming months, NGK spark plugs will deploy a number of more training sessions in other provinces across the country.
