SOFT SKILLS WORKSHOP FOR SENIORS: KNOW YOURSELF - THEY ALL WIN!
Within the framework of the activities of the 6th Mini Car Racing model car race, Faculty of Dynamic Engineering - Cao Thang Technical College (HCMC) HCM) has cooperated with NGK Spark Plugs Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) to organize a seminar "Building life skills, career guidance and developing thinking" with the theme "Awakening the extraordinary person in you".
The event took place on the morning of 17th June, 2022; at the hall of Cao Thang campus with the participation of many members of Cao Thang University's Board of Directors, and more than 250 automotive students; students from other faculties of Cao Thang School and representatives of Mini Car Racing teams from Polytechnic Universities, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education. The soft skills training workshop was welcomed by a large number of students.
In order to equip students with life skills, Mr. Tran Thanh Kha - Representative of NGK Spark Plugs Company (Vietnam) personally prepared the necessary documents, as well as took the time to directly be a speaker, exchange and share many interesting and profound life lessons, worth pondering.

The keynote speaker of the workshop received flowers and thank you gifts from the Organizing Committee of the program.
With the experience and vision of a forerunner, as well as an important influential guide in a Japanese business for many years, Mr. Kha has conveyed a lot of philosophies and perspectives on the worldview and real life. The summations are conveyed through fables from ancient to modern, making the lessons much more vivid, understandable and easy to remember.
Typically, one of the lessons has shown that, in any era, competition is always fierce. However, the treatment of each stage, each era is not the same. From today's point of view, we aim to build a civilized competitive environment, take advantage of each other's strengths, thereby supporting each other to survive and develop more sustainably - "Know who knows us - all win" is because of that.

The topic of supporting the cultivation of soft skills is given special attention by final year students. In an open atmosphere, many questions were asked and answered conscientiously by the speaker.

On July 03, select member from Niterra’s Asian organizations visited the Niterra Place at the Osaka-Kansai Expo’s “Future Society Showcase” pavilion. Among them was Mr. Tran Thanh Kha, General Manager of Niterra Vietnam, who passionately spoke about his self-published book, “KEN – Will Tomorrow Be Life of Death?” (Interviewer: Corporate Communications Department).

On May 30, 2025, in Vinh City, Nghe An Province, Niterra Vietnam successfully organized the Technical Seminar & Customer Appreciation Event in collaboration with Mitsuboshi Belt and distributor Quoc Trung. The event gathered nearly 200 guests, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.
Mini Car Racing 2025 has officially come to a close, leaving a strong impression not only for its excitement and creativity, but also as a testament to the efforts in promoting new technology training and connecting modern engineering with real-life applications.
The highlight of the event was the open Q&A session, where students had the opportunity to directly express their concerns, aspirations, and engage in practical discussions with the speaker about career paths, dreams, and future orientations.
Recently, on November 13, 2022, NGK Spark Plugs Vietnam chose Viet Tiep Motor, 337 To Hien Thanh, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City as the place to implement this activity. Supporting Viet Tiep store is NGK's staff. As long as the car owners bring their car to the shop, Viet Tiep's experts and NGK staff will bring the car in, remove the spark plugs to check the spark plug condition, advise the car owner on the spot whether the spark plug is right or not. or not, explain the reason scientifically and clearly to the guest.
Nearly 200 guests came to this event. Everyone had unforgettable moments of meeting, exchanging and bonding. Closing the program was a "dance", although it was outside the script, but it was extremely enjoyable by all representatives of the two companies NGK-IRC, general agents and all guests.
For the first time, two leading Japanese motorcycle parts manufacturers, NGK Spark Plugs and IRC Tires, jointly held a Technical Workshop and Customer Gratitude event in Kien Giang province. The event took place on November 4, 2022 at a large hotel located in the center of Rach Gia City.
