Recently, Mr. Tran Thanh Kha - Representative of NGK Spark Plugs Company (Vietnam) participated in an interview of The People's Voice of Ho Chi Minh City. HCM (VOH Radio) in Raido Cafe. Digital transformation - the trend of acquiring new knowledge in times of unpredictable fluctuations
After a long series of social distancing days and today, the world is still not as stable as before. Therefore, in order to quickly adapt to the VUCA (variable, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) state, everyone is trying to change their inherent habits, refresh their learning and working methods. Learning is a lifelong training process, especially in this day and age, competition and elimination are increasing. We have a lot of ways to access information instead of the traditional school method. The passing of the Covid epidemic does not completely leave us with difficulties and damage, it also presents opportunities and challenges to help people exploit the effectiveness of on-site learning and working methods through the internet environment.
The digital transformation is not only limited to the education sector, but also applies to all different professions and fields. For businesses, working - online research is suitable for all levels of employees, regardless of age.
Nowadays, we tend to cultivate life skills more than learning to get knowledge, because knowledge can be looked up easily, but skills are self-equipped, helping to build the success of each person.
Some obstacles in the process of online learning
Any method of education - research has its pros - cons. Online learning arouses us to be self-aware, active and actively seeking information. Online learning also expands everyone's time, we can study at any time of the day if we want.
However, if we do not have enough patience and discipline, we can also fall into useless content (playing games, watching entertainment news, movies ...), wasting time, leading to inefficient absorption. Therefore, when choosing the right method and program for us, we should determine our purpose, goals, and orientation first. Besides, time management, clear time division helps us process information more scientifically.
In the talk, Mr. Tran Thanh Kha mentioned the secrets of effective online learning through some Japanese philosophies and terms such as Ikigai. NGK Vietnam Spark Plug Company has applied Ikigai to employees, to help motivate and promote the advantages of each individual.
In short, studying - working online is an increasingly popular trend besides the traditional form. If we know how to exploit materials and use rational roofing, no matter what the circumstances, we still have the opportunity to learn and improve our qualifications.

The highlight of the event was the open Q&A session, where students had the opportunity to directly express their concerns, aspirations, and engage in practical discussions with the speaker about career paths, dreams, and future orientations.
Recently, on November 13, 2022, NGK Spark Plugs Vietnam chose Viet Tiep Motor, 337 To Hien Thanh, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City as the place to implement this activity. For the first time, two leading Japanese motorcycle parts manufacturers, NGK Spark Plugs and IRC Tires, jointly held a Technical Workshop and Customer Gratitude event in Kien Giang province. The event took place on November 4, 2022 at a large hotel located in the center of Rach Gia City.
