To close the fiscal year and also on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of establishment, NGK Vietnam Spark Plug Company held a memorable meeting day with the participation of all members of the Board of Directors and all employees. This is the first time that the annual conference of Spark Plug NGK Vietnam has been held outside the company's headquarters. The chosen location is a high-end hotel in the center of Ho Chi Minh City. 

The event is a harmonious combination of the conference and the year-end party, for everyone to look back on the results and achievements of the previous year, share the common goal to strive for the next year, and at the same time be a bridge to connect the spirit of the whole team in the process of accompanying on the long way.

The event consists of 03 main parts: the conference summarizes the activities and results of the old fiscal year and outlines the development orientation for the new fiscal year; soft skills and teambuilding training; gala dinner party.

Last year, despite being significantly affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, Bugi NGK Vietnam still achieved many significant business results, maintaining a strong growth performance and a strong position in the market. NGK is constantly launching new products, meeting the increasingly demanding requirements of motorcycle/car manufacturers and consumers. In addition to the strong spark plug lines, NGK develops many high-end product lines and is positively received by customers. In addition, the Company's Board of Directors also noted the expansion of the business field and believes that these are steps in the right direction and open up a bright future in the new year.

In the afternoon, NGK has more training activities, reviewing compliance knowledge in the business. After that, the members are divided into teams to participate in the collective game, which requires both mental and physical exertion. The teams played very "warlike" and tried to show all their talents to win. Through these activities, the brothers and sisters in the collective bond, understand each other and are more united.

The dinner party of NGK Vietnam spark plugs brings many emotions to all attendees, from excitement, funny humor, proud happiness, to emotional excitement. In addition to delicious food, melodious accoustic music, NGK staff also showed their artistic talents with many "homegrown" performances with meticulous preparation and investment. Also within the framework of the gala, the Company honors the brothers and sisters who have made outstanding contributions in the past year. The sweepstakes with valuable technology items brought moments of suspense and thrill to all members.

This year's fiscal year-end summation event of NGK Vietnam is unique and memorable.
