NGK SPARK PLUGS RETURN TO KHANH HOA PROVINCE WITH FREE SPARK PLUG CARE PROGRAM
On 12th Nov, 2021; the staff of NGK Vietnam spark plugs were present in Khanh Hoa province, together with Thanh Phung Motor store (5 Le Hong Phong, Phuoc Tan Ward, Nha Trang City) to implement a free spark plug care and maintenance program. This is the first outdoor activity of NGK after months of postponement due to the Covid pandemic, as well as its support for people during the rainy and flood season.

To ensure compliance with the 5K regulation, NGK staff and store staff have carefully prepared new electronic thermometers, masks, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, gloves... serving guests in and out and protecting themselves.
Customers are checked by NGK staff before bringing vehicles into the store.
At the event, NGK spark plugs set up a small display booth in front of Thanh Phung Garage, to help people easily identify the place to receive free spark plug care. When receiving the customer's car, the technician of the store will remove the spark plugs, inspect, maintain, advise on the current condition and recommend replacement if it is past the expiry date.

In addition to taking care of spark plugs, NGK also organizes some simple games while customers wait to receive the car back. The game has a high probability of winning gifts, bringing joy and increasing the enjoyment of visitors.

The program only takes place for 01 day, so it is supported by a large number of people in the area. At the end of the day, Thanh Phung Garage recorded nearly 50 cars being maintained, about 30 agreed to replace spark plugs after being consulted.
Through the program, NGK spark plugs want to send a message: like other types of spare parts, spark plugs are a product that needs to be replaced annually. In particular, during the rainy season, if the spark plugs are not changed on time, it is easy for the car to stall when crossing flooded roads. Getting into the habit of checking and caring for spark plugs will help customers ensure safe operation of vehicles, save money and protect the living environment (anti-pollution, noise reduction). Aware of this problem, customers can gradually change the habit of using the product more and more correctly.
In addition, NGK also advises and recommends that people wishing to change spark plugs should go to reliable addresses, authorized parts stores, avoiding the situation of buying poor quality goods. Using genuine products also contributes to preventing the trade in counterfeit goods - imitation goods, causing market disturbances.

Recently, on November 13, 2022, NGK Spark Plugs Vietnam chose Viet Tiep Motor, 337 To Hien Thanh, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City as the place to implement this activity. Supporting Viet Tiep store is NGK's staff. As long as the car owners bring their car to the shop, Viet Tiep's experts and NGK staff will bring the car in, remove the spark plugs to check the spark plug condition, advise the car owner on the spot whether the spark plug is right or not. or not, explain the reason scientifically and clearly to the guest.
Nearly 200 guests came to this event. Everyone had unforgettable moments of meeting, exchanging and bonding. Closing the program was a "dance", although it was outside the script, but it was extremely enjoyable by all representatives of the two companies NGK-IRC, general agents and all guests.
For the first time, two leading Japanese motorcycle parts manufacturers, NGK Spark Plugs and IRC Tires, jointly held a Technical Workshop and Customer Gratitude event in Kien Giang province. The event took place on November 4, 2022 at a large hotel located in the center of Rach Gia City.
