NGK SPARK PLUGS COME UP WITH NEW IDEAS FOR ONLINE TECHNICAL WORKSHOPS
NGK spark plugs are constantly changing and refreshing themselves when organizing different types of events, targeting increasingly diverse customers. Last week, NGK Vietnam just completed an online technical workshop for repairmen and motorcycle parts shop owners in Thanh Hoa province. In order to avoid going into the rut of seminars done in other provinces, NGK changed some presentation content and entertainment forms, creating excitement and increasing the attractiveness of the program.

The event was attended by the Head of NGK Spark Plugs Office (Vietnam) in Hanoi - Mr. Toshio Suzuki, and the companion of Tu Thanh Genuine Agent - Thanh Hoa Province. Before the event officially began, Mr. Suzuki interacted cordially with all guests in Vietnamese. Although his vocabulary is not much, people are happy because of the friendliness and wit of NGK representatives. Besides, representatives of Tu Thanh store also sent greetings and thanks to customers who took the time to watch the event with NGK.

Basically, technical conferences always have two main parts: the technical information sharing and the customer appreciation section. To warm up the atmosphere, NGK Spark Plugs prepare a short game with souvenirs for the first quick-eyed guests. During the seminar, NGK's sales specialist added a lot of new information, making the presentation rich, attractive and conveying more what customers want to know.

In the lucky draw, the organizers cleverly integrated the mysterious puzzle flipping game with many questions related to NGK and NGK's spark plug products, in order to recall the knowledge that customers heard in the workshop and help them better understand many other aspects of NGK. On May 30, 2025, in Vinh City, Nghe An Province, Niterra Vietnam successfully organized the Technical Seminar & Customer Appreciation Event in collaboration with Mitsuboshi Belt and distributor Quoc Trung. The event gathered nearly 200 guests, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.
Mini Car Racing 2025 has officially come to a close, leaving a strong impression not only for its excitement and creativity, but also as a testament to the efforts in promoting new technology training and connecting modern engineering with real-life applications.
The highlight of the event was the open Q&A session, where students had the opportunity to directly express their concerns, aspirations, and engage in practical discussions with the speaker about career paths, dreams, and future orientations.
Recently, on November 13, 2022, NGK Spark Plugs Vietnam chose Viet Tiep Motor, 337 To Hien Thanh, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City as the place to implement this activity. Supporting Viet Tiep store is NGK's staff. For the first time, two leading Japanese motorcycle parts manufacturers, NGK Spark Plugs and IRC Tires, jointly held a Technical Workshop and Customer Gratitude event in Kien Giang province. The event took place on November 4, 2022 at a large hotel located in the center of Rach Gia City.
