[HANOI - June 2016] NGK SPARK PLUGS FIRST HELD TECHNICAL WORKSHOP IN HANOI

Recently, NGK Vietnam spark plug brand from Japan had the opportunity to thank northern customers through technical seminars - customer gratitude exclusively for motorcycle parts store owners, distributors and motorcycle mechanics in Hanoi.

With the reception of more than 100 attendees, the technical workshop organized by NGK Vietnam spark plug brand brought a lot of new and useful knowledge and created opportunities for people in the profession to share experiences with each other.

The technical seminar organized by NGK Vietnam spark plug brand attracted more than 100 customers to attend in Hanoi.

 

NGK is a Japanese spark plug brand, with a history of 80 years of constant innovation and the number one motorcycle spark plug company in the world. In Vietnam, NGK spark plugs account for 70% of the market share, more than 7 out of every 10 motorcycles on the road use NGK spark plugs. In 2016, NGK continuously organized direct customer outreach events, to help motorcycle owners gradually form the habit of regularly checking and maintaining vehicles, as well as changing the habit of using overdue spark plugs to avoid damage to motorcycle engines.

Mr. Tran Thanh Kha - Senior Manager, NGK Sales and Marketing Department shared how to check and care for spark plugs as well as how to distinguish real and fake spark plugs for customers attending the program.

 

This event is the second stop for a series of technical seminars, taking place in 12 provinces from May 2016 to April 2017, expected to have 1,500 participants across the country.

Coming to the technical workshop organized by NGK Vietnam spark plugs, the guests will be updated with the latest information about the products of NGK Vietnam spark plugs, fully answered questions by technicians, as well as listen to comments and feedback to improve the product better.

NGK also recommends that customers change spark plugs periodically every 8,000 km to ensure good engine operation.
