Empathizing with all the above inconveniences, Bugi NGK Vietnam has pioneered in providing emergency support options for people. One of the first campaigns was the "Spark Rescue" series. In the period of late 2021 – early 2022, the Company has successfully implemented 02 programs in Ho Chi Minh City. HCM and Kien Giang. Recently, NGK continued to fully show its role in the military deployment in Hanoi.

Hanoi was chosen as the next destination of the NGK spark plug rescue "squad".

Indeed, according to the company's market research survey and many previous reality shows, NGK spark plugs have concluded that most two-wheeled vehicles participating in road traffic die due to spark plug failure.

To overcome this situation, vehicle owners should equip themselves with basic knowledge of how to handle problems to proactively overcome when in difficult situations. In particular, women and older people are quite limited in skills and health, and need to learn how to manage when there is no one to help.

Hanoi – a destination that seems unsuitable but unbelievably suitable!

As mentioned, this year's rainy season is quite erratic. According to common sense, the rainy season, floods and high tides will appear common in the last months of the year. However, at the beginning of the year, the people of the Capital have suffered heavy rains in the summer, quickly engulfing many roads in recent weeks. Therefore, the "detachment" of NGK Vietnam's spark plug rescue team immediately set off to Hanoi, coordinating with local volunteer teams to promptly help the people.

The beginning of this meaningful series of events is the "Drill" to rescue spark plugs – flooded on the morning of 4th June, 2022; at Reunification Park.

At the program, the Organizing Committee invited reputable experts in motorcycle engineering to directly guide the practical operations of guessing the vehicle condition and the simplest method needed to troubleshoot the vehicle on the spot.

Besides, if the spark plugs are really broken, the vehicle owner needs to replace the spark plugs. The expert of NGK spark plugs gave a vivid example by practically illustrating some spark plug models for guests to observe, and advised people to look for reliable addresses suggested by NGK to ensure to buy the right products.

After the launch date, NGK's volunteer teams continued to deploy spark plug care in some hot spots in the city.

NGK spark plugs – Japanese enterprises strive for the development of traffic culture of the Vietnamese community.

The successful "rescue" campaign of NGK Vietnam has brought remarkable benefits to the community. Summing up 03 times of the campaign, nearly 500 guests came to the first day event, and 100 motorcycles with spark plug malfunctions were supported to replace.

In addition, there are numbers that cannot be counted, which are dozens of calls asking for help to the hotline of volunteer teams cooperating with NGK every day.

Thus, not only focusing on product quality, NGK spark plugs also want to bring many other positive added values to customers, consumers and society. Hopefully, NGK Vietnam spark plugs will have more and more good and meaningful activities in the coming months.
